क्या बिना रुकावट के हम चैनल देख पाएंगे ?

 हे दोस्तों आप सोच ही रहे होंगे की

दोस्तों मैं जानता हूँ की आप भी परेशान हो रहे होंगे की TRAI ने क्या फैसला लिया और क्या प्लान लेकर आये है। TRAI ने Consumers ,distributor एंड producer के बीच एक अच्छा रिलेशन बनाने के लिए किया है।  जैसे की हम जानते है की TRAI ने सेटअप बॉक्स लगवाने के क्यों बोलै था।  अगर आप जानते है तो अच्छा है नहीं तो  बताते है की क्यों सेटअप बॉक्स लगाने का नियम लागु किया। 
जब पहले सेटअप बॉक्स नहीं थे तब बहुत सारे लोग केबल की चोरी कर रहे थे क्युकी पहले इसका कोई डाटा रिकॉर्ड नही हो पता था।  इसी की वजह से सरकार ने सेटअप बॉक्स लगाने का नियम लागु किया था। 

लेकिन सेटअप बॉक्स लगवाने के बाद भी कभी ये नहीं पता चलता था की जो चैनल आप देख रहे वो उसके बारे में बस डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर ही प्लान बनाता था।  

इसकी वजह से कभी कंस्यूमर को पता ही नहीं चलता था की एक्चुअल वो जो चैनल देख रहे है उसकी प्राइस क्या है। ऐसे ही कांड के बारे में हम बताने जा रहे है आपको आप जानते ही होंगे की TATA SKY  एक डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर है जो आपको DTH  यानि Direct To Home केबल सर्विस प्रोवाइड करता है। अब यहां हुआ किया जो TATA SKY डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर था तो उसने अपने सर्विस से SONY के सारे चैनल को हटा दिया था। इसकी वजह से सर्कार ने नया नियम लागु किया है जो पहले 31  december तक तहत अब जो भड़कर 31 january  हो गया है। 

इस नियम के तहत आप यानि जो केबल सर्विस उसे करते है मतलब आप सभी लोग।  अब आप अपना खुद से सेलेक्ट करके अपने मन पसंद चैनल देख सकते है। 


नये  नियम , नए प्राइस :-

1 . नए नियम के तहत आप को 100 channel की कैपेसिटी 130 रूपये में  मिलेगी।  जिसके अंदर सारे फ्री चैनल होंगे जब तक की आप कोई पेड चैनल नहीं खरीदोगे। अगर आप और चैनल की कैपेसिटी खरीदना चाहते है तो आपको अलग से 25 रूपये देने होंगे जिसमे आपको 20  चैनल की कैपेसिटी मिलेगी। 

2 . नए नियम के तहत आप अगर पेड चैनल लेते है तो आपको उन चैनल के रूपये 130  से अलग देने होंगे।  example  के लिये अगर आपने सोनी का कोई चैनल क्रीड़ा 19 रूपये में तो आपको उसके लिए 130 + 19 रूपये देने होंगे। और इसके साथ आपको 18 % GST  के साथ पाय करना होगा।
